FOOT DETOX : HOW TO FLUSH TOXINS FROM YOUR BODY THROUGH YOUR FEET

- Epsom Salts
- Bentonite Clay
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Hot (almost boiling) water
- A bucket or tub to soak feet
Mix 1/2 cup of epsom salt into the water for a foot soak. Until you wait for your water to cool down so you can soak your feet, mix 2 tablespoons of bentonite clay with 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a bowl. You can add a little water to thin, if needed. Coat your feet in this mixture and let it dry for 10 minutes. Check the water, if the temperature of the water is comfortable, you can now put your feet inside and let them soak for at least 15 minutes.
